I purchased a deal and required a refund, on the 20th of March 2013, I received an email confirming my refund will be granted with in 5 working days. It is now 02 of May, three months later and I still have note received my refund. The most frustrating part is that every time I called in for feedback (at least 6 times) everyone assured me it was escalated and will be sorted out! I really wish somebody could assist as I am losing all faith in Groupon!
