Recalled Groupon Deal, promised refund, not receiv

I've bought the Varkie Vang deal on Groupon. Groupon advised that the deal was cancelled (via email 7/5/2013) and that I should contact them to claim a refund. I've contacted them and first spoken and emailed my bank acc. details to Basheer Essop, he confirmed receiving this info (this was on 8/5/2013). Basheer confirmed that it will take about 5 working days for the refund to be processed. I have not received the refund and followed up - again forward my banking details to Tauriq Amardien, same story repeated itself (19 June 2013). I've followed up on the refund once again, this time spoken to a team leader called Shouneez, forwarded my bank account details once again, Shouneez confirmed telephonically that she did receive my account details (on 19/6/2013). I have still not received the refund! This is unacceptable, frustrating and really poor service... I will never buy anything from Groupon, and will advise my friends like wise.
