After my report on "Hellopeter" on the 11.04.2013, Groupon e-mailed me on the same day saying that the product will be replaced and will be delivered within the next 5-7 working day. on the 25.04.2013 I e-mailed them in this regard and their reply " Chantal Norman (Groupon SA)

Our intention is never to expose our customers to bad service, however as certain things happen beyond our control, we do our utmost to try and rectify the situation to the benefit of our customers.
We have escalated this matter to our logistics department and they will be looking into this matter.
We sincerely apologise and hope that this experience has not placed a damper on your valued support to Groupon. "

It is now another week later and I still havent heard of anyone regarding the replacement of my MP3 player.

it would be appreciated if somebody can deliver some service as this is unacceptable and I will be taking further action.
