It is with great disappointment that I write this letter after being a member of voyager for many years.

Please let me fill you in on my frustration.
Problem 1
I had accumulated approx. 90 000 miles of which a portion were due to expire on the 31st of March approx. 50 000 miles. Prior to the end of the month and expiration I called and booked two tickets return to Mauritius for then end of August 2013. I was told it would be around 37000 miles return per ticket which I agreed to and I was told airport taxes would be around R5k which I had 73hrs to make payment.

Within the 72hrs I called to pay the taxes and have the tickets issued and amount ok approx. R2500 was deducted from my account and only one ticket issued. My wife called in at the beginning of last week and was told that they acknowledge the problem and they would rectify the situation issue the outstanding ticket and all would be ok.
In the middle of last week she called again and was told the reason only one ticket was issues was due to the fact that we did not have enough miles as it only shows - 200 miles left in my account. Once they looked into my account they saw we redeemed prior to the expiration date of the
