I used my miles to book a ticket from JHB to Windhoek on 26/08. This was successful and all I had to do was pay to get the ticket issued. I called the call center to purchase more miles using my credit so that I could use them for a ticket from Windhoek/JHB. The call center lady took my credit card details wrongly and the purchase was not successful.By the time I wanted to book my Windhoek/JHB flight, all tickets for miles were sold out. I asked the call lady if she could move the ticket already booked or give me back my miles and she said that I would have to pay for it!!! Why should I have to pay for a ticket which i'm not going to use due to the call center lady making a mistake with my credit card details which resulted in me not getting another flight. The lady who wrongly took down my details told me that it would take about an hour to process. Why was I not contacted to be informed about the error as we could have still booked my ticket if I had been given sufficient time to rectify the issue. The lady on the phone was very rude to me, saying that I shouldn't be upset and that her supervisor would contact me to rectify it. Till now, no call from a supervisor.
