Cancellation of ticket no refund of miles

Hi there. This is Praneeth Kumar Manchikanti. My Voyager Account Number is 33014138.I have booked a ticket on my voyager miles for May 10th from Capetown to johanessberg. I have paid the airport charges aswell of 578 rand.
Booking reference:5GVSE2.I have cancelled the ticket but still on this date no miles are been reflected back and the amount of 578 as well. Called the call center today and they say will make a request may be it takes another 2 weeks to resolve this issue.lebogang is the person who dealt with me today am tyring to fly this weekend to johanessberg where i dont have my miles in.
Can anyone take this as a compalint and process the money back and miles ASAP.
