Declining to cancel the contract

While we were on holiday in Durban, we were approached by an Easy Holiday staff and informed us that they are running a promotion. After scratching the scratch cards, my wife and I won a holiday voucher and a bottle of Champaign. We then attended their presentation and ended up taking a holiday package with them and made to pay a once off payment of R4060.
After a month we realized that we could not afford and decided to cancel the contract. We requested Easy Holidays to cancel our contract with them after a month because of financial problems. We have never used their services. They wanted us to send them our payslips, 3 months bank statements, and list of Income and expenses to send to their credit review board. After submitting all the requested documents, we received a letter which stated that the request for our contract cancellation has been declined.
They deceive people and they will never reveal to you that you have only 5 days to cancel the contract. Be careful with this guys, money making skeem.
