I have had a Voyager Credit Card and have been a voyager member for the last 10 yrs. I tried booking international flights for the first time ever on the 28th of March because of the punitive policy of Expiring Miles. The call centre agent booked an award and made the flight booking for my wife and I. The actual flight confirmation was sent to me immediately. My wife and I decided to change our destination and I called Voyager back to make the change after a few days. I was told that because I had not paid the airport taxes within 48 hrs the flight booking was cancelled and that I had now forfeited over 100, 000 miles. The call centre agent never said that if I did not pay the airport taxes then I would also lose the miles on 31 March. The Team Leader listened to the recording and then said she would refer it to her superiors. Over the next week I called them everyday and was told that the Team Leader was Zayid (Zahid). He left an in audible message on my voicemail and when I called him back he was always busy and the call centre agents said that they have given him the message. After many more E-mails and calls I have still not received any formal response.
