Kulula - 7 weeks with no feedback for refund

After getting sick before the Cape Argus I cancelled both my wife and my own flight tickets to Cape Town.
Initial emails was send to Kulula on 20 February 2013 with the tickets being cancelled, on each follow
up it was mentioned that the flights was not correctly cancelled. Eventually the flight was confirmed as cancelled. I am still waiting to hear from the refund department after numerous calls and emails the only feedback I get is that it is with the Refund department. The person responsible does get back to me but only that he cannot do much more than requesting again from the refund department. Come on Kulula I am sure the interest you earn on delaying payment is not your main source of income, are you a credit provider?
