WHY I HATE KULULA

UNBELIEVABLE that kulula will delay your flight and not bother to let you know, this has happened on more then one occasion and not to have the decency to let you know via a sms or phone call is a disgracefull business practice and just shows their actual regard to their customers, its an attitude of we do what we like and f... the customers, they can just sit and wait and at the same time the customer will pay the exta charges at the airport parking and inconveniance any one else.by the way, when i asked the check in clerk at the airport why no one notified me, i was told.'' SOMEONE AT HEADOFFICE MUST BE SLEEEPING!!! "
