DELAYED FLIGHT AND PATETIC SERVICE

I HAVE BEEN TRAVELING FOR THE PAST 6 WEEKENDS TO DBN WITH KULULA AND OUT OF THE 6, 3 FLIGHTS WERE DELAY BUT LAST WEEK FRIDAY WAS THE LIMIT FOR ME.MY FLIGHT WAS MEANT TO LEAVE AT 21.30PM SO AS NORMAL I GET IN TO CHECK IN AT 8.30PM AND STILL AT THE COUNTER THE CONSULTANT NEVER TELL ME ABOUIT A DELAY, AT 9.13PM I GET A EMAIL FROM KULULA TELLING ME ABOUT A DELAY.THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE SERVICE, IF KULULA IS RUNNING LATE ATLEAST ADVISE THE CLIENT EARLY.KULULA DOESNT GIVE A DAM ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS THEY OVER BOOK FLIGHTS AND MAKE CUSTOMERS WAIT FOR A AIRCRAFT TO COME FROM DBN THEN WE CAN BOARD TO GO TO DBN.KULULA BY FAR IS THE WORSE AIRLINE AND I TRAVEL EVERYWEEK WITH THEM BUT GOING FORWARD I WILL NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE STINKS I HAVE DECIDED TO MOVE OVER TO MANGO.PEOPLE OUT THERE BEWARE OF THE TERRIBLE SERVICE RECIEVED AT KULULA
