Kulula disgustingly late!! pathetic!!

I arrived at Lanseria this morning at 10am to check in for flight MN505 to depart at 11:20 for Durban. The agent at the check in asked if I was aware the flight was delayed, and I replied no. He said the new departure time is approximately 14:15 and he explained this was due to bad weather inCape Town resulting in delays for that aircraft. When asked when did this delay start he replied "much earlier this morning". Well, that being said, how is it that Kulula could not inform me of such a long delay? Not a phone call? Not an Sms? Not even an email? Why could another plane not be made available for the Durban flight?
This demonstrates Kululas lack of service, professionalism, commitment and respect for their customers! I am utterly shocked that Kulula who promotes in various forms of media their commitment to their customers but when it comes to putting words into action they failed disgustingly on this occasion! Kulula, remember, it is your customers that actually keep you flying! As I sit here in the terminal, the announcer now states another 15min delay! shocking! No compensation whatsoever! Kulula you are pathetic! Lets see if I actually board your plane before midnight!
