Flights booked from CT to King Shaka.1st complaint when tried to change flights change charge was exhorbitant - called service centre and tried to explain logic of how can airport taxes differ when flight was at exactly the same time but a day earlier. Call operator obvioulsy did not have the intelligence or training to figure out that logic and very arrogantly and rudely said - "you dont tell us how to charge - we tell you" This is how the airlines actually rip people off and stand behind the stance - we dont charge the taxes it's the airport - very unethical and blatant way out to over charge and blame it on someone else! Next nightmare
Call centre then phoned to arrange wheelchair assistance - call centre operator confirmed and said a call would be received 48hrs prior to departure. Surprise, surprise - no call. phoned call centre and was advised that they had no record! Attitude again was off hand and unhelpful. CT counter staff at airport great - but the same cant be said about King Shaka - they were more than disgusting, gross and client service was non existant - attitude! but Air hostess's on plane caring. Re-branding should be - change 'u' to 'a' and 'l' to 'k'!
