Our flight was to take off at 06h00am
Flight number 450 - CPT-LANCERIA

My self and my husband was at the airport at 05h00am - stay on the wrong queue for 20min -airport was very busy and when we get to the Kulula desk at 05h25am flight attendent told us the GATE IS ALREADY CLOSED! Dont even listen to us -told us straight- GO TO KULULA CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK
HE REFUSE TO HELP US!

I have try to explain my self at the customer service desk but the respond which i got was (flights are fully booked and we can only book you in for tomorrow flight after you pay FEE of R 1699.00 per person
Total R 3 398.00 for both of us

I spoke to 2x different people asking them to check on the Camera, s what time we got to the airport - respond again was Sorry you have to pay and stay at the airport (being on STANDBY)
No one call our names - No one annonce looking for us!

We have paid amount of R 3 398 and manage to get in to the next flight at 08h50 am
3x of the passingers was late and we had to wait for them 10 min.
WHY YOU SEPARATE YOUR CUSTOMERS???

Will be waiting for your respond and at least 75% REFUND on our money or 2x complimantary tickets!
