I booked return tickets for me and my 10 year old Daughter from Lanseria to Cape Town the 3rd Jan 2013 online, 1 the was a problem with my booking and it did not include my child which i had to do a second booking for her as an adult, i then called Mango on their Customer service line to link the bookings.

On arrival @ Lanseria the service was slow, I admit i was also a bit late and was told that we are late. I was offered 2 options, 1 pay a fine of R497 and fly from O.R Thambo or 2 to pay R397 and fly in the morning @ Lanseria. I paid the R497 and rushed to O.R and while checking in at O.R only to find out that the R498 did not incl my Daughter and i had to pay another R497.

I didnt have another R497 and the supervisor was not of any help and we ended up loosing that flight too and spend the night at the Air Port Benches and pay R798 for Stanby Fees the Following day between my daughter and i.

In total i endeed up paying an amount of R2795.00 excl Food for the night and the next day, i was told to report this to their complaints section on an 08600 no that takes forever before one answers, Not only did i feel humiliated and wrongly treated and over charged.
