ABSHENI BUSHCAMP: Misleading info on website

I made a reservation through SafariNow for a one night stay on 3 Jan 2013 at Absheni Bush Camp (via internet info). We got lost, because wrong route no was given by email. We arrived at about15:00. Arriving at chalet.1, I was in shock: The front door was so dilapidated that you could see the view through it. The "'fully equipped" kitchen (as advertised), consisted of four dirty coffee mugs on a flimsy shelf. No plates or any cutlery. Only one plug for the fridge and kettle. Plastic chairs filthy. Bedroom: so called space to hang your clothes, a few rotting planks with dirty curtain infront. Bathroom: mirror ripped off wall. Shower curtain dirty and hanging from few hooks. Pool: green. Chlorine added while we were there. How can we swim? Pool table not working! I lodged complaints with office. I was told it must be an OLD picture and ad on the website! When I complained about the poorly equipped kitchen, they said THERE IS A COMMUNAL KITCHEN. NOT advertised nor conveyed on arrival. I was told to contact SafariNow and claim my money back. I tried. Phoned and Email 4 Jan. No reply. Phoned 12 and 25 Jan: No answer. Email 25 Jan: Phoned Baby, said she changed website! I WAS MISLEAD! R700 gone.
