INTERCAPE BUS DRIVER FALSLEY ACCUSING MAN

I witnessed an Intercape bus driver falsely accusing a man of being drunk and not letting him on the bus! when there was absolutely NO reason he should've, I couldn't see anything at all that would prove that the man was drunk, he seemed perfectly fine to me. The poor guy had to buy a new ticket (this was obviously a to get more money out of him because he was such a nice guy), the bus driver had ZERO means of even testing whether the man was intoxicated or not, he didn't even bother asking him to walk on a straight line. I urge EVERYONE to avoid using Intercape before this happens to you. I have heard from others that used Intercape that they too had to deal with irregularities with this pathetic company.
