Mango flew old lady to wrong airport

Booked our elderly mother from Cape Town to Johannesburg OR Tambo airport. Mango however decided to fly her to Lanseria airport. They did not even bother to tell her that they are flying her to Lanseria, or let us know. It was a late night flight and Lanseria was in the process of closing so she had to leave the terminal building and stand outside. She does not own a cellphone as she is unable to use one. If a good samaritan didnt take pity on her and called us for her we would have never even known where she ended up. Shame on you Mango.
