To cut a long story short 4 of us booked return flights from Lanseria to Cape Town for this past weekend. Flying down was not a problem but the flight back was. When we got to the check in counter with over an hour before our flight we were told that the flight was full. We were given two options, fly to OR Thambo or Lanseria later that night. We eventually had to take the ORT option and get a taxi to Lanseria.
There are a couple of points I would like to make with this whole debacle.

1.Our flights were booked well in advance for a specific reason. This been so we would all get back home work at a reasonable time. If we wanted to fly later we would have booked a later flight. If we wanted to fly to OR Thambo we would have booked flights to OR Thambo.
2. We paid Kulula good money and in good faith for a flight, well in advance only for Kulula to not keep to their part of the contract.
I have sent two mails to Kulula to date asking for an explanation but it seems to me that interaction with customers is not a priority. Can we send Kulula an account for our time lost due to their incompetence and breach of contract?
