Brilliant Call Centre Operato

I was running terribly late for a flight departing from Lanseria Airport. On the way to the airport I called Kulula to check if the flight was on time and if anything could be done for me. A very helpful lady named Taryn assisted me in changing my flight as I was way too late to catch the one I booked for. She was very patient with me and did a great job explaining different options for me. She was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient in the way she dealt with my problem. I must thank Kulula and especially Taryn for a very well done job. I hope she get's recognized for her good work.
