No reply to emails regarding refund as promised

I have been trying to get my ticket refund back as promised for two months now with not a single reply to any of my emails regarding the matter which have included multiple Kulula email addresses. Not a single response or attempt at assistance from anyone!

I am appalled at this sort of business practice and find it highly unacceptable! It shows a blatant disregard and lack of respect for your customers!

I would greatly appreciate it if the matter could be resolved ASAP as was promised by your employees.
