I lodged a complaint with Kulula regarding:

- The gross disrespectful manner in which my 63 year old Mom was treated by Kulula Staff at Lanseria. Kulula staff caused a very public argument and no staff member OR management did anything to calm the situation.

- Kulula Lanseria refused to accept her dog in the very same cage that the very same dog has been transported by Kulula Lanseria and Kulula Durban before, as the cage had apparently "shrank" in the last couple of months.. We were told by Kulula Lanseria that each Kulula has different standards when transporting animals. REALLY?? Does Kulula have different standards for each flight??

I received a response back from David Holland at Comair. It was clear that he was only interested in Kulua Lanseria's side of the incident. NO compassion or understanding!!

This very same Kulula Lanseria has transported the very same dog 7 months ago from Lanseria to Durban in that very same cage and now all of the sudden the cage is too small? Why didn't Kulula complain then?

It is quite clear that Kulula:
1. Promote and approve of double/triple standards
2. Approve of their staff treating customers in a gross appalling manne
