While at the boarding gate they opened up for us to board and as soon as we walked up and stood there at the boarding gate the person who thinks they have power over their consumers tells me to move from that particular side after I stood there for ten minutes because its for business class so I asked where the sign is stating that and I was promptly told he does not care and I must accept it and leave now considering I fly saa at least 20 times a year his attitude is disgusting and needs to be adjusted very quickly as it has left me very upset and feeling like I mean absolutely nothing to the company.. Fix it immediately.. Or I will never fly saa again!!!
