On 12 March 2013 at? 11:30 I arrived at the gates to board flight BA6414 CPT to JHB, departure time 12:20. To start of the gate boarding staff arrived late and only one staff person showed up, this made the process for boarding very slow. Then I waited in a very hot airplane (35 degrees) for the whole time (about 40 minutes since boarding the plane), until the plane departure at 12:25 (also late!). It was extremely hot and humid and only after a while the cooling of the plane started.
