Mistreatment when boarding!

After collecting my boarding pass at the check-in desk, passing through the boarding terminal, then through the boarding gate without any problems, I proceeded to board the plane.

One of your flight attendants that day (Reagan) then decides to make a spectacle out of me on the plane, accusing me of having a fake ticket in front of all the passengers, then he disappeared for 10 minutes, comes back and hands me my ticket, but does not even apologise or explain! After humiliating me infront of all those passengers he does not even have the decency to apologise.

Really pathetic service.
