Refused Boarding with Boarding Pass & Ticket

Air ticket time was changed from 1700 to 1250 by the travel agent. All confirmed and checked in with a boarding pass for 1250 flight. Passenger was then denied boarding and told that he had been offloaded. BA staff member Grace Khan was rude and unhelpful. And allowed other passengers to board after stating that the gate has been closed. Her service delivery is an embarrasment to BA. Passenger now has to wait for an hour until the next flight. This is horrible treatment from a usually sterling Airline. This kind of experience negates all the positive marketing being done by BA.
