Inadequate Service

I have this holiday package with Leisure life travel for about 4 years now. In this 4 years I tried to book a holiday or just a getaway for the 8th time. Up untill now they could never accommodated me ever, not even one time. This morning I have tried again to book a getaway for 3 days without any success. I still sit with old brouchers from 2011. I never received any brouchers before this and every time I must fight with them to get it, but they expect you to pay your yearly fees as well - what is that fees for???I THINK IT IS TIME FOR LEISURE LIFE TO PAY BACK OUR HARD - EARNED MONEY. I FEEL THAT THEY COULD OR HAVE EVER ACCOMMODATE US, AS WAS PROMISED WHEN WE FIRST TOOK THIS PACKAGE. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK WITH INTEREST!!! WE FEEL VERY DISSAPPOINTED TO LOOSE OUR MONY LIKE THIS, THIS IS NOT AN INVESTMENT AS WHERE PROMISED TO US. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY THING IN RETURN FOR OUR MONEY AS YET. THIS MUST STOP.!!! 0
