CAT FIGHT IN KILLARNEY MALL

I have a had some very bad service from the Flight Centre in Killarney Mall, or should I say no service at all. On Friday afternoon last week I wanted to get a quote for a flight to Toronto but I was to afraid to walk over the threshold into the shop because one of your staff members was screaming very aggressively at her coworker at the top of her lungs!!! You could hear her well into the passage way that leads to the parking area. I hovered at the door a few moments and briskly moved on. What a shocking display Flight Centre put on for all those who were passing by. What kind of people do you employ?

I, however, still wanted to get a quote for Toronto and decided to give the shop a second chance. I can only assume you fired the girl who had the tantrum because there is only one staff member in the shop now! I have come back twice to sit with the girl but there is always a queue of people waiting to see her.

I gave it three good attempts but I am now considering just booking the flights on line, as pulling teeth seems to be easier than getting service from a Flight Centre.
