On Thursday evening I made a flight booking through Travelstart to Port Elizabeth for 11/7 to 18/7 of 2014.

I also made a car rental booking for the same period at the same time through Travelstart with a company called Cartrawler.

The flight booking went excellent, very professional, efficient and quickly.
However the car rental part is non-existant! I was contacted by e-mail on Friday 24 January, to inform me that the vehicle that I booked, was not available, and that they (cartrawler) will switch to another agency with another
type of vehicle, and that the costs will also be lower (R1801.80 instead of R2509.82). A deposit of R858.00 was deducted from my creditcard for the first deal and R161.80 for the second deal. What is going on?

I did send an email to both companies yesterday as well as this morning to try and find out what is going on.

To add to my frustration, this cartrawler company send me a letter stating a smaller vehicle than the one that I ordered was assigned to me.
