Flight ticket needed to be endorsed for a volunteer flying obo a charity and MANGO refused! poor service! poor form!

Phone rang for over 30 min- consultants were unable to help- flexi ticket purchase added no value- and not allowed to speak to a manager? Since when??? why cant one escalate anymore?
