Taking off incorrect amount off my credit card

We rented a car from Woodford group in PE on the 9th of August till 11th of August. We booked online through Cartrawler and they sent us a voucher saying that we need to pay R447.00 when collecting the car as we already paid Cartrawler R324.06 to secure the booking. When I got my credit card back they have put through R683.98. I asked the guy why they are charging me more and he said it is a problem they have with cartrawler, well that is not my problem. It has been 3 weeks since I sent them the first email to sort this out and give me my money back but no response from anyone! If this is the case I will never deal with woodford or cartrawler again!
