I was making a booking and kulula system showed a error but I received a sms that the money went off, I phoned to ask if I have to make another booking as I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. They told me there was no booking I must just make the booking again the money will be reversed within 24 to 48 hours. Since the money was not reversed after 2 days I phoned again and the guy checked again and said there was no double booking I must just wait some more, after 5 days the money was still not refunded so I phone again, they again checked for a double booking and there was none but now suddenly they said it can take up to 7 days. After a week and a half I phoned again and then they contacted the bank and said they can see the double payment but it was already banked by kulula, I must sent my credit card statement so that they can see the double payment (16 October). After a number of e-mail I only got helped today the 29 October and was told that there is now suddenly a double booking (after 4 persons previously checked and told me there was no double booking) and that I will have to wait another 6 to 8 weeks for my refund after I have waited 3 weeks to be helped, due to kulula erro
