After countless attempts of trying to get through to the call centre I have been unsuccesful since Friday 22 March. Many of the calls I have held for over 40 minutes. I have not spoken to anybody. I usually pay all municipal bills for a couple of businesses as well as personal accounts on the easypay website. This month however, I have been charged double/twice. The second charge is showing as authorisation and I have had no available money in my credit card since Thursday. I am desperately trying to get hold of somebody. This amount needs to be reversed and credited and I expect to be reimbursed for a declined authorisation fee that I have been charged due to this. Its a rather large amount of money, I have gone the whole weekend without available credit on my card and do not expect to do this all week too. Please urgently contact me in order to resolve this. As I type this I have been on hold for over 15 minutes.
