What a bad and stinking attitude!!! sies!!!

And again called african bank today since they've double debited my credit card today without making any arrangments, called the collections department and spoke to a very (rude) Onicca who gave me a Stinking attitude!!! like where do they get such people like her from? well i told her that my credit card was double debited today without any arrngments being made but its funny my loans were not double debited, the stupid Onicca just said i must be careful as they will debit again for the loans tonight and i told that according to my knowlege they are not allowed to debit extra amounts from my account without any arrangments made and she just gave me attitude and said i can go ahead and take it further... wow!!! what a service!!! its not that i want my money back i just wanted to know who gave them the authority to debit my credit card double? but then you have an incompitent person like Onicca who couldnt explain but knew how to give attitude... if this is the way you work then im gonna change banks and not pay you anything at all cause i am a loyal client and if you check on your system its only the december payment that ive missed...
