I've made a booking with Travel start.

Booking was made on 12 March 2013 online with credit card and everything was fine. Got the tickets and took my trip.

Only now I received emails that they had a technical issue on their side and the payment didn't go through. They hold me responsible and if not paid legal actions will be taken.

How is their technical problem now suddenly my problem?
Where must I NOW get the money to give them that they demand in this very short period?

Very unrealistic demands with clearly a problem on their side to start of with! Either your payment goes through and you get your tickets, or your payment doesn't validate and you don't get your tickets!

This is ridiculous and have BIG doubts in their on-line payment services going forward!
