PAINFUL POINTS SYSTEM

Kindly note I am sending this as a complaint & I do hope it reaches management level. We have been trying for the past 3 yrs to book accommodation with QVC at pref venues but has never been able to as there is always no availability. We have even tried using the free vouchers given when we express our unhappiness but for a yr could not even make use of the free voucher because of availability. Now that we have eventually found accommodation we prefer, there is the points matter. We are aware of the points which would be forfeited but was not informed & is not aware that the points can be banked;surely if we knew about the "banking" option we would have done so & used the points aswe are trying to do so now. I have att the email rcvd & sent to ur agents indicating that the points would be forfeited at the end of 2013, but pls enlighten as to where it states that the points can be banked, this would have made a big difference in the predicament & challenge we facing. Ur agent also informed me of the process when not enuf points but this is not a solution or option. Your assistance would be appreciated to ensure the points are reversed & considered banked.
