Sleeping-out
Cancellation a week prio

Our booking was cancelled a week prior to our holiday at Forest Lodge due to a double booking and we where told that they would help us look for an alternative which never happened. We asked them to refund us and where told we could only get our refund when forest lodge refunded them! This is unacceptable and I am totally disgusted with Sleeping-Out's service. Our booking is done with you therefore to are liable.

How a company is permitted to run like this is beyond me.

Never again will I ever use Sleeping-Out to book again, the disregard and lack of responsibility is absolutely pathetic.
