I booked Return flights in December for us to travel back to Durban as we where going to go up to Johannesburg with someone that was driving, But on the 28th December my mum's brother passed away and we where unable to leave, I called kulula and explained the situation to them, They said it was fine just call them back to change the dates and in all this time they never mentioned anything about paying in, I called on the 5th January and I went through the whole process with the call centre agent, He then tells me I need to pay R315 I was ok with that, He then tells me its R315 per person flying and I have 3 other people on the flight! I'm really upset about this, Someone dying isn't in my control and I spent a lot of money paying for those return flights! he then tells me there's nothing he can do! I will never fly with kulula ever again, They are really unfair and just take money from the poor! I've never been this disgusted with service in my life
