No Refund a month after booking was cancelled

I made a booking via the website for the 6th & 7th June 2013for my husband. I then cancelled the booking th enext day as my husband's trip has changed.i called teh Head office to double check if teh cancellation was done and tehy confirmed it was - they also explained that teh branch would refund me as i had already paid for trh 2 nights via the website. I called the branch after a week and no one could assit - they asked me to call teh head office. The head office advised me to speak to the branch. i called the branch again on s starurday 22nd June and teh assistant Manager (Zukie) advised me that he cant help me with my query as only the G.M can handle these and he would get him to call me on teh Monday - i did not get teh call i called myself teh Tuesday and he was not available he called me on Wednesday the 26th June to advise me that he signed off my refund and that it would be in my account latest on Friday 28th June. To date i have not received a refund or a phone call from the lodge. the management team at this lodge is very incompetent and unprofessional. i have never recived such bad service in any of teh other city/road lodges that we have stayed with.
