I AM DISAPPOINTED BY THE BAD SERVICE I GOT FROM THE BUS DRIVER

I was nt late and yet the bus driver refused to open the bag compartment and he watched me struggle with 3 big heavy bags yet the bus stood their for another 15mins and the indian guy he was waiting for was given the best service as he evn opened for hm. Why am i being undermined by a person who is also blk. I am raged!!
