I booked a return ticket with Citiliner from JHB to Tsolo for 25/04/2013 returning 29/04/2013 for my domestic. Fine, I get that the 25/04/2013 leg was cancelled due to industrial action, but TODAY, an hour ago, the driver refused to let her board the bus even though her name was on the list and she produced all necessary documents to prove her identity. Really Greyhound, its 17:30 pm, and very dark and your driver (who represents YOU) refused a customer (a WOMAN) to board a bus that was fully paid for. And all I get from your call center agent Jolene (who at first hung up on me) is a petty "I'll re-book the ticket for her for the next day" story while my poor domestic has to find ways of getting back to her homestead which is an hour away from your pick-up zone AT NIGHT!!! This time I get your point and will most definitely not be booking for your service EVER AGAIN!
