Lack of service

Fnb had arranged for the courier to come and collect a parcel from my house. A lady then calls me yesterday to tell me that their driver is at my house to collect yet no one had initially informed me of the collection date and time. To compromise for the situation, I asked if the driver could wait 10 to 15mins so that I could make my way there, the lady from UTi said she'll call me back after she confirms with the driver. Needless to say, she did not honour that. I then received another call later in the afternoon from a different person in the company. After explaining the events from earlier, he then requested that we shift the collection date and time to today, Wednesday around 11. I have been a sitting duck here waiting the whole day for a courier vehicle, nobody has come or even had the decency to call and rearrange. Ive even tried calling them myself to find out what the hold up is, no one is picking up the phone at the branch either. As much as time is of the essence to you so much that your driver could not wait for 15mins, my time is just as valuable for me to be sitting at home all day waiting when I could've been conducting other business elsewhere.
