Afternoon

On 20 June 2013 I traveled from Bothaville to Midrand.

Firstly the bus was late by more than 30min. After we stopped at Midrand I waited for the bus driver to come to the back for me to collect my luggage. While I was waiting for the bus driver who never came there he just frove off without me getting my luggage.

After I spoke to the ladies in the office they said that I should have went to the bus driver and reminded him of my luggage. This was never the case in the past as they have lists that show who is getting off where and that is how they pack the luggage as well.

With the ladies in the office not having the drivers number I had to get my son to drive me all the way to Pretoria to fetch my luggage. As we got there my luggage was left at the door of the bus with no-one attending to it and no-one in sight. For all I know someone could have taken my luggage and I would never have seen it again.

Please can you attend to this matter as the service is deteriorating drastically.
