I have had the misfortune of having to deal with QVC for the last 5 years - and has it been one of a nightmare! my mom passed away and she had QVC, the executor of the estate eventually asked me (her daughter) to sort it out as she wasnt getting anywhere. my mom had the debits going off her company account and unfortunatly when she passed away, we simply took over the business. so after a year of ranting and raving and trying in vain to close this stupid waste of money, they eventually convinced me to put it in my fathers name. (what a bad idea) anyway, we still cant book a holiday, its 5 years later - their still debiting the account, the accounts in an "estate late" name. and get this. we have to pay a management fee of close to 10k... for them to "manage the account". I have now told them I want to give this away... and, I have an appointment with the lawyers to see how we can stop them taking our money. my parents were divorced, my father didnt want it in the first place and we cant even use it.. their the biggest bunch of artist around. and their useless at assisting you...
