Irate With Level Of Service From Greyhound Staff

I am extremely irate with the Greyhound bus services and the pathethic service that you receive from the Greyhound employees at
Park Station. I just got back from Park Station where they refused to let my elderly mother on the bus for being 5 minutes late
even though the bus was still there at the time. The bus was supposed to leave at 1:30 and we got there at exactly 1 35pm which was confirmed by the driver
and the bus had not left at the time. I do understand that you are supposed to be at the station at ten minutes before the bus leaves but unfortunately
due to unforseen circumstances we were just 5 minutes late. Furthermore the attendant that was there refused to let my mum on the bus as
they argued that we are late and that they had already sold the ticket to another passenger. How the is that possible that you can just
resell a ticket to another passenger in 5 minutes without even a courtesy call to find out if you are going to be on the bus.5 minutes is not a lot of time
and the bus was still there and the attendant was rude and adamant that we will not get on the bus despite our arguments on how you can reallocate a ticket
to another person in 5 minutes.
