We have experienced nothing but distress and consternation due to your lack of customer service and failure to deliver.

We dealt with supervisor Nathan October as well as with Natalie Nel over the last three days which has been nothing but fruitless and frustrating to say the least.

As it stands, we booked and paid for flights on 21 November off of your website (for which we have a booking reference: JFGDCB and proof of payment).

We contacted KULULA on 31 December to confirm all details, only to discover, to our utter horror that the tickets which we had booked and paid for, could not be issued due to overbooking of seats on the flight (booked for 1 January).

This has left our family members stranded and now incurring additional expense for accommodation etc, with the only response from Kulula being that we can get a refund.

We do not want a refund.

We want the flights for which we have paid, for two adults and an infant back to Johannesburg.
