I booked a flight with mango airlines using a edgars card. I called into the Johannesburg customer service centre to make changes. I advised the consultant not to make any changes as it was going to cost too much. She however changed one of the flights. Apon arriving at the airport my mom had to pay in fees which was changed by the call centre consultant. In cape town we went to the help desk and laid a complaint. The manager at customer service cheslyn in Johannesburg called and issued us with a voucher for the inconvenience. I told him I wanted my refund of R500 not a voucher. We drove to the airport 3 times with no success for cancellation of error or refund. The consultant at customer care Chantal and Leno were disguistingly rude and there attitudes were beyond. Mango airlines should stop empoying illiterate people and people who are destroy king the company's image. I want this sorted if not my lawyer will proceed to take action. I want the ticket cancelled and I want my refund.
