Pre-booked seats a money-generating "service"???!

My wife my son and I had made our flight booking "AKDATW (Return - Lanseria - King Shaka) 27th & 30th Jun'13" over the internet through [URL Removed] I had to pay for "Prepaid seats" on both flights while selecting our seats during the booking process. I've picked up that Kulula charged R35.00 per prepaid seat booked..

The problem I have is that on neither of our flights we have been placed in the seats booked i.e. Row 5 D-F??? Why making me paid for this if the service can't be delivered? I've already paid for tickets to get onto the plain and to get random seats?! On our flight back, we did not even get 3 seats together and I had to sit on the opposite side of the isle? Both flights have been confirmed before check-in.

Please advise why we have not been placed on our "pre-paid" selected seats (Row 5 D-F) and please refund the R210.00 overcharged on both flights for the service we've paid for but did not receive.

To date, I've already followed above query up 4x times via emails, without any further response from Kulula? Mr. Mapula Ramaphoko promised me that the money will be refunded into my credit card of which I gave the number on the 7th July 2013, but I'm still waiting..
