EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PLANNING

Avoca Travels greatly assisted with my trip to India over the festive season this year. My mum and I had a fantastic time and their connections with Go India (who picked and dropped us to and from the airport, and made extra efforts to help us get around India) really delivered on service and attitude. They made our stay and transition between cities so easy and we felt very safe. Without Avoca Travels organisation and planning on our behalf, the trip would not have been the success it was.

With regard to the hotels, The Taj in Mumbai was amazing. The service and restaurants and all staff was perfect and they made our stay memorable. The Accord, however, seemed to be a 4-star hotel masquerading as a 5-star hotel. Although the food was good, the standard of the room and the service was not up to the Taj's standards. That being said, Avoca Travels went out of their way to ensure we were at safe and reliable hotels.

We will definitely use Avoca Travels to plan our future trips overseas!!
