Waiting for our refund for over a yea

We are a business. We booked a flight and paid by EFT into the banking account we received by email from Kulula. Our payment was rejected, and the booking lost. We were told that if we were paying by EFT, we should have done that 24 hours in advance. There was nothing to warn us of this on any of the documentation at the time. Kulula refused to book a flight for us because our payment was not accepted. We tried to find other flights, but eventually had to postpone our meeting.

We were told at the time that we would have credit that we could use in future from Kulula. We said that this would be fine. I then even received a call from Kulula who had traced our payment back through the bank and got my cell number. I re-explained everything to them. They then re-advised that we would have credit with Kulula.

When we tried to use the credit we were told that we weren't allowed to book online and use credit. It became very inconvenient.

After requesting a refund for the last 12 months, they are telling us that they can not refund us. It's not like we booked a flight and missed it. We were not able to book a flight because they didn't accept our payment. We NEED OUR REFUND!
